Cannot Perform this operation. No Valid License found (Error: INF)

If you encountered that error when trying to access a Web Intelligence report please do the following steps:

Run> regedit
Go to HKEY_Local_Machnie > SOFTWARE > Business Objects > Suite 12.0 > Shared Tools > keydecoder.dll
Change the Path string to [BOBJ Directory]\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\keydecoder.dll
Restarts the servers

Installing Xcelsius 2008 after BusinessObjects may be the reason of the following error.
