THE UNDERSCORE! "_". I faced a weird problem that Business Objects cannot login to the InfoView when I write the Hostname in the InfoView link: http://BO_SERVER:8080/InfoViewApp .

I tried to login with localhost: http://LOCALHOST:8080/InfoViewApp and it logged successfully to the InfoView.

The problem is the "_" in the hostname, I think Business Objects cannot resolve it or something. Honestly, I did find any solution but to rename the server hostname and to reinstall Business Objects!
