Xcelsius: Application Error Couldn't load keydecoder.dll

To solve that error you have to copy keydecoder.dll file from "Installation Directory\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86" folder and paste it to file into "Installation Directory\Xcelsius"
